Wes Byler

Wes lives in Columbus, Ohio. He is married to Sarah, and they have two boys; Jack and Charlie. Wes has a degree in History from Huntington University. Wes has been in the building materials industry since 2011. He is passionate about creating meaningful relationships with customers, and enjoys in-person visits with customers and vendors. In his spare time, Wes enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys coaching his two sons in baseball, soccer, and basketball. He is a huge Ohio State fan, and has subjected himself to a life of misery by being a Cleveland sports fan! The Byler family enjoys traveling, and especially cruising the high seas!
Robert Edwards
Sales Representative
Robert and wife, Carla, live in Dallas, TX. Robert and Carla have been married for 32 years and have two adult children. Other than Carla, Robert’s most cherished friend is their 4-year-old dog, Sevi. Sevi is a 90 lb. German Shepherd/Catahoula mix. Robert enjoys watching all sports with ice hockey being at the top of the list. Sevi is named after Brent Severyn of the 1999 Stanley Cup winners, the Dallas Stars. Robert also enjoys volunteering in the audio/visual booth at his church.
Robert is a 40-year veteran in the lumber and building materials industry. During his career, he has been the owner of an independent sales rep agency, a national sales manager, and has authored an AIA Continuing Education Unit for the flexible moulding industry. Robert joined the Accord Lumber team in 2021. This opportunity has given Robert the ability to provide wood products from the forest to the home.
Kate Foss
Guts & Gears
Kate lives in Quincy, Massachusetts with her long time boyfriend, Mike, and cat, Louie. Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Masters of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music. She has been working in small business administration since 2012 alongside being a professional bass player. Kate joined Accord in the fall of 2020 new to the lumber industry, but she has loved learning everything about it. Kate enjoys taking Louie on backyard patrols during the warmer months. She also enjoys growing giant cacti species from seed.
Sarah Byler
Business Relations Ambassador
Sarah lives in Columbus, Ohio. She has been voted the MVP of the Byler household 15 years and running! Sarah has a Youth Ministry degree from Huntington University. She has been the PTO president and treasurer for her children’s elementary school. She also volunteers with her local church youth group. She is involved in various other community endeavors. Sarah has been intimately involved in the building of Accord Lumber. From capital seed funding meetings, to vendor relations, to key customer engagement, she has been a tremendous ambassador for Accord Lumber. She is passionate about giving back to those in need, and maintains a stellar relationship with all the key entities in the Accord Lumber universe.
